For the 4th of July we headed to the mountains for a weekend get-away. We built a fire to cookout on . To me it seems like there is a rule that you must cookout on the 4th of July, so we kept the rule. We took the girls to a Dam to watch the fireworks. We had a little treat before they started. They loved the fireworks and kept saying how awesome they were. We enjoyed their faces more than the fireworks. Here are a few pictures from the creek they played in earlier.
